DIRECTIONS:
Adults & children 12 years and older.
1. Inhaler - Twist off top cap and inhale soothing vapors through each nostril.
2. Essential Oil Rub - Twist off bottom cap and apply the essential oil under nose, or on wrists, neck, or temples for refreshing aromatherapy.
Avoid contact with eyes, inside of nose, and lips as irritation may occur. Do not apply essential oils directly on skin that is irritated or broken. Use as often as needed.

Menthol, Camphor, Light Mineral Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, Borneol, Methyl Salicylate, Fragrance
